Nature of the Site

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail rosters, booking records, court documents, or corrections files, and it cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, post bond, or file paperwork.

Its purpose is to point visitors toward Raleigh County and West Virginia inmate, jail, court, and facility resources, along with third-party research tools that may operate under their own terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates federal, West Virginia, or local law.
• Do not use information found here to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions.
• Do not try to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
